1. Basic Definitions

1.1 User - an individual utilizing the Service.

1.2 Administrator - the legal entity responsible for the Service; Jacek Maciejak, residing in Poland.

1.3 Promotion - a paid service that highlights a selected Server within the Service for a specified duration.

1.4 Service - the website located at playbase.pro.

1.5 Server - an external application added by the User, monitored by the Service based on the data provided by the User.

1.6 Payment Service Provider - an intermediary facilitating payment for Promotion services. Depending on the User's choice, the provider is:

Stripe, Inc. - Stripe Payments Europe Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland.

2. General Information

2.1 The core functionalities of the Service are free to use.

2.2 The Service is available to individuals aged at least 13 years, or younger users with the consent of a legal guardian.

2.3 Users are required to:

Adhere to applicable laws and these Terms of Service.
Report any bugs or vulnerabilities in the Service.

2.4 It is prohibited to include vulgar, offensive, or adult content in Server names, descriptions, banners, and comments.

2.5 The Administrator is not liable for content posted by Users but reserves the right to moderate such content.

2.6 Users may not duplicate Servers on the list to increase visibility by using multiple domains or IPs.

2.7 Each User may cast one vote per day for any number of Servers.

2.8 Content and Servers unrelated to the primary focus of the Service, such as advertisements or links to competing sites, are prohibited.

2.9 Manipulating player counts through fake slots or bots is forbidden. Violating Servers will be automatically blocked and removed.

3. Administrator's Rights and Responsibilities

3.1 The Administrator has the right to:

Delete Servers without providing a reason.
Remove multiple User accounts if a User has more than one.
Delete fraudulent votes.
Remove comments violating section 2.4.
Restrict access to the Service for any reason.
Conduct maintenance-related downtimes.

3.2 The Administrator is obligated to:

Resolve technical issues that prevent Service usage within 14 business days of reporting.
Moderate User content to ensure compliance with these Terms of Service.
Protect Users' privacy.
Provide a refund or extension for Promoted Services if downtime exceeds four hours.

4. Technical Requirements

4.1 An internet browser with an active internet connection is required to use the Service.

4.2 JavaScript must be enabled for the Service to function properly.

4.3 The latest versions of Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, or Edge are recommended.

4.4 Ad-blocking software may impair Service functionality.

5. Paid Services

5.1 Users may purchase Server Promotion services. The Seller of these services is the Administrator.

5.2 Promotion entails highlighting a Server at the top of the list and removing AdSense ads from its page.

5.3 Promotion is purchased for a fixed period.

5.4 Promoted Servers are ordered by remaining Promotion time.

5.5 Promotion begins after payment is confirmed, which may take up to 24 hours.

5.6 Promotion is non-transferable and permanently assigned to a specific Server.

5.7 By purchasing Promotion, the User agrees to immediate service activation and waives the right to withdrawal.

5.8 The Administrator may terminate a Promotion without refund if the User violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5.9 If a purchased Promotion is not received, the User may submit a complaint via [email protected].

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted via [email protected] within 14 days of purchase, including the required information. Payments made via vouchers are non-refundable.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7.2 The Administrator does not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The results obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable.
Any errors in the Service will be corrected promptly.

7.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Administrator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

User reliance on any information obtained from the Service.
Unauthorized access to or use of Service servers and stored information.
Any third-party actions affecting Service functionality.

7.4 In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is restricted, the Administrator's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent required by law.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union.

8.2 Users from the United States acknowledge that certain provisions may be subject to US consumer protection laws.

8.3 Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through written communication with the Administrator.

8.4 If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be settled by the competent court, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
